Fellow “Monster” Sells a Tale

I belong to a writing group called Hopefull Monsters (yes, the extra “L” is not mistake—at least that’s our story and we’re sticking with it).  We’re all aspiring writers obsessed with speculative fiction.  We’re sprinkled around the world, so I don’t think any of us have ever met in person (at least not in this section of Hilbert Space), which might actually be a good thing.

A few days ago, I announced my sale of “Still Life Through Water Droplets” to Daily Science Fiction.   I was excited to hear that one of my fellow Monsters, Colum Paget—a big-idea man and very good writer—also recently sold a story to DSF.  “Inconstant Nature” is his second sale to DSF (I recommend you check out his previous-published piece, “Imaginary Enemies“).  Congrats to him, and keep your eyes open for Colum’s forthcoming story.
